The full specification

Everything I do, and what it costs.

Nothing here is quoted on request. Most clients start with the Availability Retainer; the managed plans are where they grow when a business needs full proactive management.

Where most clients start

Not a prepaid block of hours, and not a support contract. A standing relationship with someone who already knows your environment, your systems and your team, and is available when something goes wrong. When you need a quick answer you get one. When something needs hands-on attention you are not starting over with a stranger.

Availability Retainer

  • Remote

    $250/ month

Priority access to me. One included remote hour, reset monthly.

  • Remote + onsite

    $300/ month

Everything above, plus onsite response included in your service area.

Month to month, never locked in. Additional hours billed at your retainer rate. Projects quoted separately.

How the retainer bills

Quick questions are absorbed
If it does not need a remote session or hands-on work, it does not count against anything. No stopwatch on a two-minute answer.
One included remote hour
On both tiers. It resets monthly and does not roll over. The hour is a fairness threshold for both of us, not the product itself — what you are paying for is that I already know your environment.
Additional hours are itemized
Billed at your retainer rate, with a ticket number on every line so you can see exactly what the work was.
Onsite depends on your tier
Remote + onsite includes onsite response inside your service area. On Remote, onsite work is scoped and quoted separately at the rates below.

Managed plans — per user, per month

The next step when a business grows past availability and needs full proactive management, monitoring and security. All plans are custom-quoted on team size, and retainer clients can move into one at any time.

  • Tier 1

    Identity & Device Security

    $49per user / month

Best for cloud-first teams that need identity, MFA and endpoint security locked down.

    • Your team's logins, permissions and access, managed from one place
    • Devices enrolled, secured and policy-protected
    • MFA enforced across your organization
    • New hires onboarded, departures cleanly removed
    • Remote assistance for straightforward issues
  • Tier 2

    Managed Technology

    $69per user / month

Best for growing teams that want full device management and proactive support.

    • Everything in Identity & Device Security, plus:
    • Full remote support for whatever comes up, no clock watching
    • Your business software and tools, kept running
    • Devices monitored, patched and maintained proactively
    • Standard software kept current and consistent across devices
    • I deal with your vendors so you do not have to
  • Tier 3

    Complete Managed IT & Security

    $89per user / month

Best for teams that want everything, including advanced security and full coverage.

    • Everything in Managed Technology, plus:
    • Priority response — your issues do not wait
    • Defenses actively maintained, not set and forgotten
    • Issues caught and fixed before they affect your business
    • Ongoing checks that your data and systems stay in good shape
    • A scheduled review to keep your technology matched to the business

Managed plans require company-owned, enrollable devices. If your team works on personal machines, the retainer is the right fit and the plans are not available.

Getting started

  1. Step 01

    Discovery call

A short conversation about your business, your team, and what is and is not working today. No pressure, no jargon, no sales pitch.

  2. Step 02

    Environment review

A brief remote review of your setup, your tools, and anything handed off from prior IT, so I understand your environment before I touch it.

  3. Step 03

    Retainer or project

Most engagements begin with the retainer. Larger needs are scoped as standalone projects. Either way you know exactly what you are getting before I start.

One-time services

  • Enrollment & Management Setup

    $195 / user

Workstations, laptops, phones and the software on them.

    $75 / hr

  • Infrastructure & Systems

Network infrastructure, servers, NAS, VPN and SaaS platform configuration. Day-to-day remote support is included for managed clients.

Not every situation needs a plan. If you have one problem and you just want it fixed, say so — that is a fine place to start.
